Director Statement

There is a dangerous, particularly American phenomenon occurring in young men. A lack of intimacy, social skills, and community, mixed with over stimulation and idealization, has resulted in a percentage of young men falling into depression, misogyny, and sometimes violence.

These men get brushed off by society as simply pathetic examples of the fringes of society, but in researching the story for this film I came to see the universal suffering that possesses such men... the longing to be loved. That's what this film is about.
