Luis Contreras and Nico Cauton are natives of the San Fernando Valley where they met in childhood. This duo’s creative productivity comes from their ability to play into each other's strengths and weaknesses. Whatever one lacks, the other has. Creatively they share the same interests and beliefs as they have been working together for most of their developing years as filmmakers.
Based on a dream one of the directors had, this short film takes into consideration the modern obsession with “aesthetic” over substance. Meanwhile presenting a metaphor for the cultural gap between our “Gen-Z” generation and the “Gen-X” generation. Very representative of our comfort based philosophy on film.
