Following the end of her life, April finds herself in a weird purgatory that takes the form of a movie theatre. When the skeezy usher shows her the entirety of her life on film, she must choose between altering her life history forever, or dying without closure.

Director Statement

"Letter to the Editor" is my love letter to finding peace through hardship, even when the outcome is less than ideal. Equal parts mystical and mundane, this film serves as an expression of both my own experiences with mental illness, and as a way to demystify conversations surrounding suicide, and the heavy-hearted bravery it takes to do just that.
