Director Statement

Sexual violence during war has long been associated as a common, taken-for-granted part of human nature during violent conflicts. But should this continue into the 21st century?
Following the shocking evidence of violence against women and men during armed conflict in countries such as Syria, Iran, Pakistan and Israel, as well as the war in Ukraine, the international community must take concrete steps to minimize the harm suffered by people from SNPK, and also try to stop the madness the level of military violence against civilians.
Our work shows the cruelty of war, as well as the manifestations of SNPK against women in an artistic (performative) interpretation and calls for people to join in helping affected women.
