Sharon lives with her grandfather in a quiet neighborhood in front of the forest. She starts working from home in a customer service product marketing company- AFR. She navigates between answering calls and making jewelry - her true passion. Keeping in mind, all calls must be answered. To preserve her privacy, she is given an alias and a sentence : "AFR Hello. Billy speaking. " The job however is more complex than she thinks.
