Originally from Colorado, Lam Thanh Nguyen found his passion for Film and Video production at University of Denver. Since coming out to LA to pursue editing, Lam's career has flourished, leading him to work with many award-winning directors and producers.

His recent work includes as Producer/Editor for TV documentary featuring Chip and Joanna Gaines The Courage to Run with Chip Gaines and Gabe Grunewald for Magnolia Network / Discovery +, Carey Williams' R#J for Bazelevs and Interface Films, a fresh modern retelling of Romeo and Juliet that premiered at 2021 Sundance Film Festival and 2021 SXSW, earning Lam a Special Jury Adobe Editing Award.

In 2022, Lam reunited with Carey on Emergency for Amazon Studios and Temple Hill Entertainment. Their successful collaboration led to the film's premiere in the US Dramatic Competition at 2022 Sundance Film Festival and 2022 SXSW.
