Kreme
Growing up in a home fighting to be seen, Kreme set her sights on a life of fame in an attempt to make her loved ones pay attention to her. The industry desensitizes her, and she quickly loses sight of her motivations, living each day according to the unrealistic and flawed expectations of the media.
All eyes on her, and if it’s attention she’s looking for, it’s clear she found it. During an interview, she’s reminded of what started it all. Who started it all. Her motivations become clear as she begins to heal through reflection. After an unexpected event, she’s determined to begin healing, but she finds out that the ugly side of the attention economy doesn’t go away just because she wants it to.

Saint got his start as a music video director in Toronto back in 2008. He eventually partnered with a filmmaker friend and created the production company Footage Worldwide which quickly became a staple in both the US and Canadian music industry working with some of the biggest artists in North America. Saint's down to earth and organic style of directing and producing made him very popular amongst his diverse group of clients.
As the industry evolved and the digital age began to take shape, Saint branched out to start his own production company Motion 20 which focused on digital branding for businesses and film production. He has worked with a variety of startups like Sonica, Rite Paint & Renos, Sky services along with recognizable brands like Sony Music, Seneca College, OVO and New Balance just to name a few. He has produced two docu-series, one called Talk Of Toronto and the other More Than a Body. Saint has also produced a few festival selected short films and most recently a feature film called Because We Are which is currently distributed nationally by Gravitas ventures.
Saint continues to grow his company by making it a priority to forge lasting relationships with the youth acting as both a mentor and motivator to help them develop the necessary skills they need to succeed in a competitive industry and world.
"For me being a black director from Toronto comes with the responsibility of making films that reflect my country and my culture."
