Director Biography - Simon Vasquez

Simon Vasquez is a filmmaker from Singapore. His latest short, 'Kiss From a Rose', puts a romcom spin on the tale of the succubus, telling the story of a mortal man and a demon. Influenced by the likes of Rick Riordan and Mike Flanagan, Vasquez wishes to modernise age-old folk legends and myths in ways that subvert expectations, mixing myth, mystery, and modern.
