●KiMi has stayed in approximately 150 cities around the world, met friends over 100 nationalities and taught himself 4 to 5 different languages, since his mid-20s.
○KiMi studied extensively in Japan, US-Corporate Classes, Spain, Argentina and Central Asia, and worked at ESCAC (Film and Audiovisual School) in Barcelona. After working as an actor in Spanish-speaking countries and Toronto, he directed shortfilms, video art and medium-length docudrama, which were featured at popular art events and lab programs of film festivals, such as Athens Digital Arts (EU), Former-Soviet Union Filmmaking lab proposed by FIAPF (KiMi represented Japan), GZDoc, China Dragon Awards (East Asia), the 51st Brazilian Oscar accredited youth competition.
●In 2022, KiMi completed new shortfilm "Pueblo" co-produced with artists from 4 continents. Besides screenwriting and filming in the industry, he's experienced as a staff member and consultant in the oldest contemporary art spaces supported by Japan Agency for Cultural Affairs. So, is working on installation art using his audiovisual pieces.

2014年渡西し、バルセロナ大学視聴覚部門 ESCAC に勤務。美術展、制作会社、俳優エージェントを経て、2021年実験映画『NOH Men』が、第17回アテネデジタルアーツフェスティバルのビデオアート部門など世界各国の芸術祭で上映される。同作で、97年までモスクワ国際映画祭の偶数年版であった、タシケント国際映画祭の若手監督ラボへ現地招待され、翌年、ウズベキスタン、日本、スペイン、アルゼンチンの国際共同製作としてショートフィルム『The Return to Dreams』（原題: Pueblo）が完成した。
『The Return to Dreams』は、南米映画界で最大のアワードショーの一つ、第51回グラマド映画祭公認 Festival Nacional de Cinema de Guaíba にノミネートされ、米スラムダンスがサポートしている 第16回 Festival Angaelica クリエイターズコミュニティラボに選出される。製作国内においては、2023年中央アジア独立系作品を扱う複合型芸術祭の映画部門、Cinema Love で特別上映が組まれた。
国際映画製作者連盟 FIAPF が提案した、第13回タシケント映画祭には、35歳以下の日本人監督代表として参加し、黒沢清監督『旅のおわり世界のはじまり』以来のウズベキスタンでの映画撮影となった。近年では、ジョニー・デップ、北野武監督、『レオン』のリュック・ベッソン等が参加している。
中編ドキュメンタリードラマ『COVID-19 X ...』で、第19回広州国際ドキュメンタリー映画祭のインターナショナル・ピッチングや、2022年チャイナ・ドラゴン・アワード等にノミネートされ、同年、越後妻有アートトリエンナーレのコンサルタントを務めた。
