His filmography includes "Pueblo (2022)" which was selected for the top 0.4% section at the Jeonju surpassing Sundance's Shorts rate, and an only 3:59 film "NOH Men (2021)" which was invited to represent Japan at the Tashkent and its filmmaking program. It is one of the oldest throughout Asia and a former-unified fest by "world's Big 4" (from a perspective and sources of the Far East). While KiMi cherishes such histories, the NOH Men was also screened online at the Athens Digital Arts during the Covid-19.
After studying in Spain in 2014, KiMi spent over 6 years on an art journey, learning various styles of cinematography and screenwriting from 5 different cultures. He's currently working on some exciting international co-productions!

2014年渡西し、バルセロナ大学視聴覚部門 ESCAC に勤務。美術展、制作会社、俳優エージェントを経て、2021年実験映画『NOH Men』が、第17回アテネデジタルアーツフェスティバルのビデオアート部門など世界各国の芸術祭で上映される。同作で、97年までモスクワ映画祭の偶数年版であった、タシケント国際映画祭の若手監督ラボへ現地招待され、翌年、ウズベキスタン、日本、スペイン、アルゼンチンの国際共同製作としてショートフィルム『The Return to Dreams』（原題: Pueblo）が完成した。
『The Return to Dreams』は、南米映画界で最大のアワードショーの一つ、第51回グラマド映画祭公認 Festival Nacional de Cinema de Guaíba にノミネートされ、韓国・全州国際短編映画祭の国際コンペティション部門15作品に、倍率約250倍の中選出。製作国内においては、2023年中央アジア独立系作品を扱う複合型芸術祭の映画部門、Cinema Love で特別上映が組まれた。
国際映画製作者連盟 FIAPF が提案した、第13回タシケント映画祭には、35歳以下の日本人監督代表として参加し、黒沢清監督『旅のおわり世界のはじまり』以来のウズベキスタンでの映画撮影となった。近年では、ジョニー・デップ、北野武監督、『レオン』のリュック・ベッソン等が参加しており、1958年エジプト・インドネシアと共同で Afro-Asian Film Festival として始まったアジア全体でも古い国際映画祭の復活版に参加できた。
また、東日本大震災の10年後を扱った中編ドキュメンタリードラマ『COVID-19 X ...』で、第19回広州国際ドキュメンタリー映画祭のインターナショナル・ピッチングや、2022年チャイナ・ドラゴン・アワード等に入選。同年、越後妻有アートトリエンナーレのコンサルタントを務めた。Kimi Meguro の強みとして、広域アジア・イスラム圏（旧ソビエト圏）・ヨーロッパ・アメリカ大陸それぞれの映画撮影スタイルの経験かもしれない。
