Kay Poh Gek Vasey, a former London-based media and technology lawyer, is the visionary founder of MeshMinds, a studio blending art and technology to tackle environmental issues. Kay's work, including pioneering AR experiences and the impactful film (PLASTIK), has reached millions worldwide, spotlighting marine plastic pollution and inspiring youth-led sustainability movements. Her collaborations with giants like Apple and the UN Environment Programme underline her role as a leader in creative technology for good. Focused on "Sky Farm Island" and "Aquasia", games she released in 2023, Kay is dedicated to educating and empowering the next generation of digital artists in Asia, driving action against climate change, biodiversity loss, and pollution.
