Karoline Kaminski, People
Singer and songwriter Karoline Kaminski has released her new single "People" on 3rd February 2023. The song is the first track off of her upcoming EP "Preto" due on May 5, 2023. Infused with a blend of folk, pop, and soul, which she calls Avant-Pop, Karoline sings about the importance of true love and humanity's wasteful handling of it. Coinciding with the release, the music video for the song made its premiere, and we're thrilled to announce that it's now being played on MTV Germany, among other music videos from talented artists. With minimal arrangements and big emotions, Karoline is not afraid to express herself. "People" revolves around the rarity of romantic love and how people waste it. The songwriter pondered why people believe that everything in life must have a lesson, and sings, "People try to learn their lessons, hoping there's a lesson to learn." Her conclusion is that responsibility is often outsourced to sugarcoat everything and find an excuse. Despite this, "People" is a tribute to true love.
The music video was shot at Bernardim Ribeiro Theater (Teatro Bernardim Ribeiro), in the Portuguese city of Estremoz.
