Director Statement

The theme of the film is the hidden influence of different media on the orientations and priorities of the target audience and even the interference with tastes and preferences. The film also talked about the influence of yellow journalism, the practice of propaganda, the effectiveness of social media and even the confusion of the fifth generation. Completion of the film began on 26 January and ended on 26 February. The stop motion technique was used but in a completely new way inspired by Indonesian shadow theatre where cut-out figurines are shown and animated in backlight behind a translucent screen. In the case of our film , small cut-out elements from magazines and newspapers from the 90s were used as a driving force for the events by placing them in such a way as to serve the subject in a more symbolic way.
