Jailbreak

A group of Special Task Force Officers are sent to Prei Klaa prison where are detained the country’s top criminals.
What starts as a simple escort mission will soon turn into chaos as the prisoners take over the prison grounds.
Trapped in the building, our 4 heroes will have to fight their way out for survival, or die trying.

Director Biography - Jimmy Henderson

Italian self-taught filmmaker working in London and Cambodia for the last 10 years.
Jimmy Henderson has been involved in producing, directing, cinematography and editing.

He moved to Cambodia in 2011 and started working on two local movie dramas and a TV show. In 2012 he worked in developing the horror movie “RUN!”, labeled as the first Zombie movie in Cambodia, and served as Co-director and cinematographer.

A year later he wrote, directed, shot and produced the feature film “Hanuman”. A crime martial arts film set in a gritty Phnom Penh.

In early 2015 he wrote, and directed “The Uninvited”, a Fantasy horror set in a distant past in Cambodia.
With his latest production being a co-production with Kongchak Pictures for the horror flick “Final Semester”.

Two other short films he produced and worked on as a cinematographer won for two consecutive years awards at the Tropfest festival in Malaysia.

Cambodian films in recent years have reached the spotlight on international stages and right now Jailbreak is following the same path.
It's a film that highlights the potential of a country that for a long time was deprived of art and expression and it's slowly standing up back on his feet.
Under the shades of the action comedy genre, Jailbreak aims to engage the audience into a roller coaster of dynamic fight sequences and silly comedy moments.
