Director Biography - Alexander Stephens, Blue Stephens

My brother and I are military veterans and we’ve been interested in pursuing a career in film since we were young kids. While serving in the Air Force, we started networking with fellow filmmakers and began to get an idea of the film community here in Colorado. Since 2016 we have been working with industry professionals from all over Colorado and have been a part of multiple productions so far. Our passion for filmmaking has been the driving force behind our decision to create Rocket Steam Productions and we have plans for future growth. We are a film production company based in Colorado specializing in practical effects and video production, but we also can take on other roles. We strive to deliver the highest quality of service to each and everyone we work with and look forward to working with more creative individuals in the future.

Director Statement

We have known Russick Smith for the past 2 years and have become friends through our work together. My brother and I collaborated with Russick last fall to make this fun music video that captures the spirit of enjoying life to its fullest. Russick's latest album is called "Who Chases Two Jack Rabbits", the jackrabbit of stability or the jackrabbit of adventure. I feel like everyone goes through this in life and one day has to make a decision whether they are going to give up the chase on one or the other. Regardless of each individual's decisions, when it's all over and the lights go down, all you're faced with is how you lived. We really enjoyed our time making this music video and look forward to others seeing it. Hopefully, we can inspire others to Chase the Jackrabbit of Adventure as well!
