...stories Wanda Long, 23, in a fictitious LA psych ward of Hospitable Hospital following a suicide attempt. She is paired with the famous psychiatrist, Dr. Albert Stoddard. Wanda must overcome a jaded outlook on life and also contend with Stoddard who runs a clandestine test market for a date-rape aphrodisiac for the Black Market.

A former Indiana U. (Mark Spitz's alma mater) US Open qualifying swimmer from 1977, in 1986 at 26 Brian left Attleboro, MA for Los Angeles. While professional aspirations foundered, creative ones did not. He cartoons and writes dour witticisms. His disdain for festive advice givers offers pessimistic readers laughter amid their travails. Brian's work seeks identification with like minded gadflies with histories of substance abuse, support groups or psych ward travesty. He relays across, not down to interested readers. His screenplay is called Just Like You: "My screenplay features Wanda Long in a psych ward saga after a suicide attempt." His log-line is this: As a bawdy inpatient protests clinical mental illness branding her body is scammed for rape drug marketing by a syndicate whose fiscal architect doubles as the ward’s fabled Chief of Psychiatry.
