Is there life before life?

"Is there life before life?" deals with an imaginary journey realized with AI, into the drama of a mother who loses a child to a miscarriage in the first months. The drama is accentuated by the fact that for most of the people around her that life was not yet a real life. Therefore the mother, destroyed by pain and misunderstood, asks herself "is there life before life?" and "when it begins?". The journey is lived metaphorically in the shoes of a young content creator who tries to give life to characters that were actually already born in her head. the rain of orange juice represents the moment of abortion, just as the heart started to be glimpsed of the fetus. the choice of orange juice is not random, but is a symbol of the child's innocence as well as of that status for people between being alive or not. that's why there can't be blood. At the end of the journey the butterfly-fetus flies away from the mother and returns to a cocoon maybe in another life. The film is totally generated with artificial intelligence tools, mainly Runway and Kling AI, for the clips, Eleven Labs for the voice. Cap Cut is the editing tool. The movie is dedicated to a personal story, but it has been created to be open to different meanings based on the emotions and experiences of the viewer
