Armen Pogosyan immigrated to the United States at the age of 5 and grew up surrounded by his Father's filmmaking friends. He began creating his own visual works at an early age, starting with paint on canvas then writing and producing short films by high school. One of his early horror pieces, “The Face in the Vial” was featured on Chiller TV. His latest film, “Surviving L.A.” has garnered attention and accolades from film festivals around the world.
Armen’s quirky, bizarre style has found a place in the modern mainstream audience, being described as “A bastard child of David Lynch and Alfred Hitchcock”.
As of 2025, he lives in Los Angeles and is constantly developing new projects.
Plainly it's about: not messing with the wrong guy... But to complicate it, it's about the ego of the genius. How mismanagement or abuse could bastardize such individuals to sociopathic extremes. Where, endless potential and imagination, pointed in the wrong direction, can inflict endless destruction. In a sense, the atom bomb.
