The deep ocean may be out of mind for most people but it should certainly not be out of mind. The world's largest ecosystem harbors some of the last near pristine habitats and is of crucial importance to the planet and our own survival on Earth. Now is the time to see sense and protect the deep sea from what could potentially become the largest industrial activity the ocean has ever faced.
