In The Name of Love
The documentary ‘In The Name of Love’ follows the daily lives of workers at the Quisicuaba Assisted Living Center in San Antonio de los Baños, as they care for elderly people and those living with various physical and psychiatric impairments who have been rescued from the streets of Havana and other cities and regions of Cuba.

The short documentary film In the Name of Love is co-directed by filmmakers from Brazil, Cuba, and Uruguay.
Alexander Dieppa is Cuban, a graduate of ISA (Higher Institute of Arts) and EICTV (International Film and Television School of Cuba). He has directed two short films. Mariana Pallas, from Uruguay, studied audiovisual communication at the University of the Republic, Uruguay, and continued her studies at EICTV, Cuba. She has directed three short films and works as a director and art assistant on feature films. Luciana Martins, from Brazil, studied at EICTV and directed a short film. Also from Brazil, Socorro Lira is a multidisciplinary artist; she studied film at schools such as AIC (International Film Academy of São Paulo) and EICTV, and wrote, directed, and produced five short films.
