Divyanshu Dobriyal is a filmmaker from Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India, with a passion for storytelling. He earned his bachelor's degree in Journalism and Mass Communication from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, New Delhi, in 2014, and later pursued a Master's in Sociology from UKOU, Nainital, in 2017. He moved to Mumbai, India to pursue his dream of becoming a filmmaker. He has been working in films and advertising for the past five years and has directed several independent projects, including documentaries and short films exploring cultural and social diversity.
Divyanshu Dobriyal has directed a range of independent projects, including a short film for the National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) and a documentary supported by the Forest Department of Uttarakhand. His work reflects his passion for exploring cultural and social diversity in India and his ability to capture the essence of his subjects through his camera lens.
In addition to his independent projects, Divyanshu has gained extensive experience in TV commercial production over the past five years. As a director he brings his unique perspective and dedication to creating impactful films that engage audiences on a deep level.
