Eleanor Evans was born in Australia and studied visual arts at the Australian National University in Canberra. She grew up playing piano and clarinet, at a young age she developed a passion for music videos. The degree Eleanor studied focused on digital art, but she soon realised that all her work had something in common, they all incorporated stop motion animation and physical in camera effects. After realizing her subconscious was trying to tell her something she focused all her attention on Stop Motion installation art. Her installations were displayed in galleries in Canberra and Sydney. In 2016 she studied a master of stop motion animation at BAU in Barcelona.
Giovanni Aguilar Gutierrez is originally from Barranquilla Colombia, he is a passionate artist and musician. Obsessed with music, Giovanni played guitar in bands and perfected his solo act. Giovanni studied graphic design at Universidad Autónoma del Caribe in Barranquilla. After graduating Giovanni worked in graphic design for several years in roles including graphic design teacher, illustrator and art director. During this time he started experimenting with stop motion projects. Excited by the possibilities of the medium Giovanni moved to Barcelona to study Stop Motion.
Eleanor Evans and Giovanni Aguilar met while studying a master of stop motion animation in Barcelona. They quickly became friends and eventually fell in love. When they graduated Eleanor and Giovanni decided to make a life together and work towards building their own studio in Australia. The goal of their work is to create intricate well crafted music and animation.
