Paula Telander began her career as a dancer, choreographer, artistic director, and casting director with various classical ballet companies throughout Europe and the United States, such as the Stuttgart Ballet (West Germany), San Francisco Ballet and the Solano Civic Ballet. She is now fluent in both German and Italian as a result of her international experience in Europe.

With more than 30 years of experience in the entertainment industry, as a producer, creative director, art director, TV/radio host, mentor and music executive, her services included producing industry marketing packages, press-kits, photo shoots, documentaries and music videos for a variety artists, producers and film companies. Paula has worked with various recording artists including Deniece Williams, Brenda Vaughn, BlaqueIce, Maxine Jones (EnVogue), Beyoncé (Destiny’s Child), India Arie, The Click, E-40, Luniz, Master P, Spice 1, Suga T, Tru, Westside Connection, Jody Watley, Frankie Beverly & Maze, Michael Cooper, Lenny Williams, Whispers, Najee, Stanley Clarke, D’Wayne Wiggins and John Lee Hooker, Jr. just to name a few.

Paula Telander is the CEO / Producer of TeaTime Entertainment Group, a multi-faceted production company, specializing in producing quality inspirational driven motion pictures, original soundtracks, music videos, and documentaries; including but not limited to, original content development for both film and music, new artist development and mentoring, visual image press packaging, business management and distribution. Paula and business partner James Gardiner, award winning producer/composer, two-time Grammy nominated engineer are the co-founders and owners of Northern California based PAJAMA Studios a world-class award-winning commercial recording studio, earning 42 platinum/gold albums; Touch-Tone Productions a full service music production company specializing in original film composition, orchestration and scoring, video game music and custom sound design, new artist development, mentoring and music content of various genres; GARDINER Music Mentoring a unique full-immersion mentoring curriculum designed to successfully launch professional careers for youth and adults in various facets of the music industry.
