Kay (27) is a strong young man. He has competed in Judo ever since he was a kid and today is a day like many others.
But Kay isn't himself at practice. He is still struggling to move on from Roos (25) who suddenly broke up. They were together for five years and were making plans for the future until recently Roos expressed her doubts about their relationship.
As the practice continues Kay seems to get more frustrated. When eventually he wants to give up, his friend Milan (28) forces him to get back up and fight.
