Director Statement

“Inferno” confronts the darkness that exists in our society ; the disappearances, silences, and evil lurking among us.
Inspired by real cases like Dutroux and Fourniret, in Belgium, the film follows Mathilde, a young police officer scarred by her own past, as she witnesses horror unfold and navigates a moral and psychological labyrinth.

The film doesn’t judge, it questions. It unsettles, provokes reflection, and holds a mirror to the parts of our world we often refuse to see.
