HUNGER DOGS
Four stories portray the human being and his existential dramas. Bruno's life turns upside down when he is forced to care for his newborn son since Helena his wife is suffering from postpartum depression. Ronaldo, a 56-year-old man, receives word of a terminal illness as he prepares to receive his 80-year-old mother and try to tell her about his life. Marta, a 17-year-old out-of-weight teenager, has been plagued by the dictatorship of feminine beauty and secretly prostitutes herself to raise money for stomach reduction. While nurse Jorge knows Ana, they fall in love and end up having an extreme relationship that culminates in an unwanted pregnancy. The stories reveal the fragility of the human being in the midst of social relations.

It's a great honor to be able to present this movie!
The movie is not sweet, not even pleasant, but is necessary.
It presents the drama of ordinary people, who are all around us, but whom we can not see. It's a sad movie about loneliness, fears, depression, and humanity.
A mix of Paul Haggis's "Crash" and Paul Thomas Anderson's "Magnolia". I truly hope you have never been through one of these situations!
