Hua Khwabeeda

In the bustling city of Mumbai, two strangers, Shekhar and Namrata, cross paths as flatmates, living under the same roof but on different schedules. Shekhar, a tired and overworked night-shift employee, struggles to balance his mundane corporate job with his forgotten dreams of entrepreneurship. Namrata, a reserved and nervous young Kathak dancer, has moved to the city to reclaim her passion but is weighed down by self-doubt and the overwhelming chaos of a new life.
Despite barely meeting in person, their lives begin to intertwine through a simple and heartfelt exchange of sticky notes left for each other in their shared flat. Shekhar, noticing Namrata’s struggles, quietly encourages her with small gestures. Namrata reciprocates the same, reminding him of the dreams he has pushed aside. Through these seemingly small acts of kindness, the two begin to lift each other out of their struggles. Their connection grows silently, driven not by words but by the understanding of what it means to fight loneliness and chase aspirations in a city that often feels indifferent.
