Horizons
Two teenagers, David and Elia, live in the Italian countryside. They possess contrasting personalities, bound only by their childhood friendship. The opening scene reveals a conversation that gradually exposes the conflict arising from their different dispositions. This clash continues throughout the short film, giving audiences a peek into the countryside's environment and its people, all seen through the perspectives of our two protagonists.

Thomas Senica is a young filmmaker (15 years old) with a passion for history. Born and living in Trieste, Italy, he dreams of one day being able to make the adaptation of the Iliad. In the meantime, he is continuously improving his way to write and direct, also impacted by having attended the LFA and Cours Florent summer courses. His new short film, Horizons (2024) is a statement of his always growing filmmaking maturity.
