Ben Harman is a Canadian student filmmaker currently attending Red Deer Polytechnic in the Film Production program. He focuses on directing and writing but has experience in several production departments including director of photography, assistant camera, and sound recording and mixing. He has worked on various student productions, including By Candlelight (2021), Maestro (2022), The Janitor (2023), and Hope You're Doing Well (2023). Ben won the "Best Student Film" award at the 2023 AMPIA Rosie Awards for his work on The Janitor (2023). Through his work, Ben hopes to tell stories that provide audiences with new and unexpected perspectives on the world.
