Home Video

Mark and Kristyna's ordinary evening is turned upside down when Kristyna finds a hidden camera in the apartment. Before she can find out why the camera is there, Mark's mother arrives and things get even more complicated.

A student film shot in one take, entirely on old analogue camcorders.

Director Statement

"Home Video" is a story about people's obsession with recording. On several levels, we see how the desire to watch and be watched is present in people's behaviour across generations and across media. And this, of course, brings with it both moral questions and inevitable consequences.
