Director Biography - Charlie Langford

There is something very wrong with Charlie Langford that we have yet to identify. Raised in small town Wiltshire, the film student gravitates towards the macabre, the absurd and the camp, in his style of filmmaking and writing. He has died at least two times that we know of, so trust us when we say, he knows his way around horror pieces.

Director Statement

Terminal illness, and the moral uncertainty of keeping someone alive, whilst prolonging suffering is what drew me to the script. Dark, relatable subject matter, packaged in a camp sci-if/horror exterior. It’s fantastic. The film also gives POC women a shot at representation in a genre infamously lacking in it, to be both underdog protagonist, and horrific monster. All in all, a fun, if disturbing movie, with more under the surface then you might expect.
