2019 Van Evera Bailey Fellow Harley Cowan is a silver gelatin photographer and licensed architect based in Portland. Cowan is using the fellowship to dive deeper into his passion for heritage photography, capture architecture and engineering at risk or in need of documentation, and to further educate and connect Oregonians with history.

Cory Kaufman is an American film director, cinematographer, and editor. Born in Portland Oregon, Kaufman developed an interest in photography and filmmaking in college while learning the basics during an intro to video class. Kaufman is making his Documentary Short-Film debut with Heritage Documentation (2021).
