Director Biography - Paige Larianova

Paige Larianova is a New Zealand-based LGBTQ+ director and producer. She is the Lead Duty Manager at the Waikato Regional Theatre (BNZ Theatre) in Hamilton and the creator and Festival Manager of the Misty Flicks Film Festival, now in its eighth year. Her directing credits include Track (2026), Herd of Cows (2025), The Taxi (2025), Camp Bloody Mary (2024), The YLA Virus (2024), and Blink (2022). Herd of Cows has screened at international film festivals, earning multiple awards, including two Best Female Director awards. Paige also won Best Female Director for Listen (2020) in the 48 Hour Film Festival. She holds a Bachelor of Media Arts with First Class Honours from Wintec and continues to develop original stories that blend humour, heart, and community.
