Director Statement

Headlamp is my first real shot at drama. I'm much more experienced working with comedic material, but I felt like this was a story I wanted to tell. While the core conflict of the film is rooted in the 2020 global pandemic, I did not want this story to be about COVID. Rather, it's about the human experience of loss and choosing to keep moving forward after going through it.
