Director Biography - Linzi Martinez

Linzi Martinez has been passionately hosting, producing, and directing Happy Healthy Stronger, a web-based, weekly TV series on health and wellness, since January 2015. She’s made it her life's mission to educate, captivate, and motivate her listeners, clients, and viewers to live their life happier, healthier, and stronger- to feel ridiculously alive.

Her passion for inspiring as many people as she can to love themselves, coupled with the success of the web-based program, lead her to the film industry to hit the masses. As such she created and was the executive producer for the Happy Healthy Stronger Makeover and the founder of the wellness/production company HHSTV.

As a nutritional therapist and personal trainer, she has had the honor of guiding professional athletes, junior athletes, aspiring health and fitness enthusiasts and adventure seekers to not only achieve their goals but to maintain them in a truly lasting way, all of which has shaped and guided the production.
