Director Biography - Nick J. Browne

I am a freelance director, producer, and arts administrator with a passion for new work development and elevating underserved voices in American theater. I seek to create transformative theatrical events that challenge, inspire, subvert cultural expectations, and offer healing through radical togetherness.

I believe in the transformative magic of theater that occurs when two or more people gather together to share stories and investigate our human condition through performing both real and fantastical events. As artists, it is our responsibility to use this magic to seek to understand who we are, transform what is possible for society, and heal our broken world.
