Overview of the film "HAGOROMO PROJECT"
A dance performance held at the studio of Kaoruco, a choreographer known for her many famous choreographies for TV commercials and celebrities.
This film is a documentary in which Kaoruco and her colleagues talk about their thoughts on the production of the performance.
The performance was a world of expression in which all human beings are equal, with no discrimination.
The world of expression that is innate to humans. In the depths of the human heart there flows a silent, still soul, yet with a vibrancy of passion.
Kaoruco, with her own unique method, has paved a way for people to express themselves regardless of whether they have a disability or not.
And these artists have found hope and joy in life.
From interviews with Kaoruco and her colleagues, director Kagawa is convinced that "there is no distinction between #1people with and without disabilities in human expression," and seeks to build a universal design society through art.
Living is “the expression of a burning soul”. This is how the documentary film "HAGOROMO PROJECT" was born.

今回、香瑠鼓先生のネイチャーバイブレーションに興味を持ち、色々と取材をしました
このメソッドは、健常者、障害者の枠を超越し、表現者を自然との共振に導き
精神と身体の限界を超え、
健常者、障害者の区別を超越する
人間は個々に負の能力も含め様々な能力を備えています
それは神から与えられたギフトです
その能力は十二分に社会や人のために
使われなければなりません
表現は人間にとって、歓びであり、そこに障害者や健常者の区別などないのです
個人の持てる能力の全てを使って神のギフトとして与えられた個性と能力を十二分に発揮し社会に役立てる
これこそが、我々の使命であり表現であります
このメソッドは我々障害者に新たな表現世界を拓きました
元々、健常者、障害者の区別は
人間社会やコミュニティで弱者保護のために作られたシステムです
その為に区別が生じ障害者の立場が
保護されるべきものと捉えられがちです
しかし、私はそうではなく障害者、
健常者の区別のない社会、
ユニバーサルデザイン社会の
構築を目指します
その為に、個人の肉体的、
精神的完全性を追求るのではなく、
不完全性も神からのギフトとして、
個人も社会も受け入れることが
重要です
このメソッドは健常者の考え方や障害者への見方や意識を変革します
また、障害者自身にも社会の構成員としての自覚と独立の意識のはぐくみ、社会参画を可能にします
今回、ドキュメンタリー映画ごろもプロジェクトを制作して、香瑠鼓先生のメソッドで障害者は生きる意味と人生の歓びを獲得しました
これこそが人間本来の姿であると確信しました

日本では多くの障がい者が年金を受給し、それなりの収入を得ていますが、社会から取り残され、人生のスポットライトを浴びることのできない状況に陥っています。
私自身も精神障がいを患いましたが、自分の力で生きていくしかないと思っています。
日本社会全体から障がい者を見ると、スポットライトを浴びない人、世捨て人、怠惰に人生を無駄にしている人、そんなイメージを抱いてしまいます。怠惰に人生を無駄にしている人のイメージです。
しかし、薫子さんの羽衣プロジェクト立ち上げイベントに参加したことで、このイメージは覆されました。
障がい者であれ、健常者であれ、誰もが人生を持ち、生きる権利と義務を果たさなければなりません。
映画「羽衣プロジェクト」は、まさに障がい者の人生、そして生き方を表現したものでした。
薫子さんの指導のもと、障がいのある人々が生き生きと人生を謳歌し、表現する姿を目の当たりにしました。
私にとってそれは、障がいのある人々が陰のある、あるいは厄介な存在ではなく、一人の人間として社会に参加し、人生を楽しみ、楽しみ、障がいと向き合い、自らの生き方を表現しているということです。知的障がいを持つ私にとって、これは奇跡であり、人間の根源的な姿を目の当たりにしたような気がしました。
つまり、障がいのある人々も人間であり、自らの生き方を表現し、自らの人生を切り開こうと真剣に努力している姿を見たのです。
映画のハイライトは、脳性麻痺を持つ篠塚俊介さんの感動的なダンスシーンです。
普通なら、身体的な障がいを受け入れ、ダンス表現など考えることさえないものです。
しかし、彼はダンスに挑戦し、筋力を鍛え、薫子さんと共にダンスストーリーを踊り、努力と信念をもって芸術の域にまで高めました。彼のパフォーマンスは、韓国での講演を成功へと導きました。
芸術を、整然とした美しさと定義するか、細部にまでこだわったパフォーマンスと定義するかは人それぞれですが、彼の真剣さと努力の姿には、熱中症で倒れそうになりながらもゴールを目指して必死に走るオリンピックのマラソン選手の姿が見て取れました。
そして、障がいのある人も芸術的に表現できると確信しました。
私はユニバーサルデザイン社会の構築を考えていますが、理想的には、障がいのある人たちも、他者が作った環境ではなく、その構築に参加し、社会の一員となることができるべきです。
そのためには、障がいのある人たちが権利を主張するだけでなく、社会に対する義務も自ら負わなければならないと感じています。
それが、誰もが平等な社会、ユニバーサルデザイン社会の構築なのです。
Director Kagawa's statement
I was interested in Kaoruko's Nature Vibration and interviewed her about it.
This method transcends the boundaries between able-bodied and disabled, and leads performers to resonate with nature.
It transcends the limits of the mind and body, and transcends the distinction between able-bodied and disabled.
Each human being has various abilities, including negative abilities.
These abilities are gifts given by God.
These abilities must be used to the fullest for society and people.
Expression is a joy for humans, and there is no distinction between able-bodied and disabled.
Using all of the abilities that an individual has, we should fully demonstrate the individuality and abilities given to us as a gift from God and contribute to society.
This is our mission and expression.
This method has opened up a new world of expression for us with disabilities.
Originally, the distinction between able-bodied and disabled was
a human society It is a system created to protect the weak in the community and society. Because of this, distinctions are made and people with disabilities are often seen as those who need to be protected. However, I do not think that way. I aim to build a society where there is no distinction between people with disabilities and people without disabilities, a universal design society. To achieve this, rather than pursuing the physical and mental perfection of individuals, it is important that both individuals and society accept imperfection as a gift from God. This method changes the way able-bodied people think and view and are aware of people with disabilities. It also enables people with disabilities to develop a sense of self-awareness and independence as members of society and to participate in society. This time, we produced the documentary film Goromo Project, and with Professor Kaoruko's method, people with disabilities gained meaning in life and joy in life. I am convinced that this is the true form of human beings.

Many people with disabilities in Japan receive pensions and are able to make a decent living, but many of them are left out of society and out of the spotlight of their lives.
I myself suffered from a mental disability, but I believe that I have to make my own way in life.
When I look at people with disabilities from the general viewpoint of Japanese society, I see people who don't get the spotlight, hermits, people who waste their lives in idleness. I have an image of people who waste their lives in idleness.
However, I was able to turn this image around when I attended Kaoruko's event to create the Hagoromo Project.
Whether one is a person with disabilities or a normal person, each person has a life and must fulfill the rights and obligations of life.
The film "Hagoromo Project" was, in fact, an expression of life and a way of life of people with disabilities.
Under the guidance of Ms. Kaoruko, I saw people with disabilities vividly celebrate and express their lives.
For me, this means that people with disabilities are not shady or troublesome members of society, but rather participate in society as human beings, enjoy their lives, have fun, make an effort to face their disabilities, and express their way of life. This was a miracle for me, who had a mental disability, and I felt as if I had seen the fundamental form of human beings.
In other words, I saw that people with disabilities are people, too, and that they express their way of life, and that they make a real effort to open up their own lives.
The highlight of the film is a moving dance scene by Shunsuke Shinozuka, who has cerebral palsy.
Normally, one would accept his physical disability and not even think about dance expression.
However, he took up the challenge of dancing, trained his muscles, and performed a dance story with Mrs
. Kaoruko, elevating it to the level of art through hard work and faith.
His performance made his lecture in Korea a success.
If one defines art as a neat and regular beauty, or a performance with attention to every detail, it may be different, but I could see in his seriousness and effort the image of an Olympic marathon runner struggling to reach the finish line while almost collapsing from heat stroke.
And I was convinced that people with disabilities can also express themselves artistically
I am considering the construction of a universal design society, and ideally, people with disabilities should be able to participate in the construction and become a part of society, not in an environment set up by others.
In order to do so, I feel that they must not only assert their rights, but also assume their own obligations to society.
That is the building of a society where everyone is equal, a society of universal design.
