Arno, a disillusioned realtor, lives in a noisy city, shutting himself off from the world with earplugs. His wife, a blogger and vegan, falls asleep to the sounds of seagulls and the sea, imposing her sense of harmony on him. Upon learning that his father is selling the family home, Arno begins to reflect on life. Change forces him to confront his past and future.
