Guillermo Quintero (Bogotá, 1980) divides his time between Paris and Bogotá. He made studies in Biology in Colombia, and in Philosophy in France. He worked for three years as camera correspondent based in France. He’s a member of the El Perro que Ladra association, which promotes Colombian and Latin American cinema in France and Colombia. He has been curator and debates manager for 4 years of the Panorama de Cine Colombiano film festival in Paris. Homo botanicus is his first documentary feature film and he’s now preparing Red River, a French-Colombian production, which has been supported by the CNC and the SCAM in France
