Lizz Adams is a Korean-American filmmaker, actress, and improviser, originally from Detroit, who currently resides in Los Angeles. Tired of the lack of Asian representation in Hollywood, she primarily focuses on writing and producing Asian-American centered stories for many who have yet to see themselves well represented in American media. You can catch her any night of the week performing at and hosting comedy shows at the Upright Citizens Brigade such as The Dial Up Show and The Kpop Show or hosing the longest running indie improv show in LA, Tuesday Night Thunder. She is repped by Odenkirk Provissiero Entertainment. She also has a very cute dog, named Potato, who is the four legged love of her life.
I created this film out of a deep need to express the crushing weight of loneliness that occurs when someone you love passes away. Adopting a dog during a time of grief, at the behest of my psychiatrist, was one of the best decisions I have ever made, and he has brought a tidal wave of healing, comfort, and joy into my life. My hope for this film is that it would be able to bring hope and healing to anyone who has lost someone they've loved as well.
