Director Statement

'Glass People' is a 25-minute short film created by a small group of university students, none of whom study film. It was shot across Edinburgh on a budget of £1000 and crowdfunded via Kickstarter. Thanks to a mammoth effort from everyone involved on the project, we believe that we have overcome tight budget restrictions to produce a colourful, exciting and innovative short.

The film speaks to all those who have faced the dilemma of either pursuing a creative passion or giving it up for a more settled and financially stable life. It's a theme that is very close to all our hearts and we are really proud of the film. We hope you enjoy it.
