Director Biography - Hiromi Shimabukuro

Her professional career began as a graphic designer, working for important international advertising agencies such as Young & Rubicam, Leo Burnett and BBDO Peru.
She currently works as a freelance Art director and stylist in Film, Advertising and Fashion.
Her career has led her to participate in highly successful productions in cities such as New York, Los Angeles, Miami, Buenos Aires, La Habana, Madrid, Paris and Barcelona.
Genki Dama is her first film Project as director .

In this project my intention is not only to show an aesthetic audiovisual piece but also to be able to transmit a poetic, abstract message that makes the viewer feel something more than beautiful images.
