Wake the Dead

"Wake the Dead" is an animated short film inspired by the likes of Looney Tunes, Pixar shorts, Tim Burton, 80s horror and heavy metal. A weird whimsical horror-comedy-musical for all ages!

The film follows Danté, a zombie resident of Sunny Acres Cemetery, and the crotchety night watchman Ernie who schemes to silence the ear-splitting music that Danté has taken to the grave!

Director Biography - Kevin Little

Kevin Little is an independent filmmaker and professional 3D animation artist based in Vancouver, Canada. He studied Motion Picture Production at Capilano University, graduating with an advanced diploma in 2007. In 2009, he earned a certificate in Digital Animation, also at Capilano University. Since then, he has worked as a lead 3D asset artist on multiple animated TV shows and films including Star Wars: Young Jedi Adventures, The Rocketeer, The Search for Wondla and many others. In his personal time, he works as an independent filmmaker for his production company Gemini Pictures, both in live action and animation.
