Director Biography - MANOJ S NAIR

I was born and brought up in Attingal,Kerala, India.After graduating in Physics and a degree in Electrical&Electronics Engineering,now I am working as R&D engineer in a central government firm in Thiruvananthapuram ,Kerala,India.I have been blogging since 2012.I am passionate about films and look forward to pursue a career in the industry as a Film maker/Script Writer.

Director Statement

'GOAL..' is a motivational short drama inspired by some events during my college days.My college is nearby the sea shore with fisherman living very close by .We could see native boys playing aggressive football on the sandy beach side almost every evening,with native fisher men and children watching the game curiously.Most natives are from poor family backgrounds and we could see a lot of polio disease afflicted children and adults with disability around.This 9 mins short film is inspired by those memories.I am dedicating this film to all those who are living with disabilities;yet nurture positive dreams about life.
