Director Biography - Shaqir veseli

Shaqir Veseli is a Famous Albanian Animator / Painter / . He is graduated from the Tirana Artistic High School in 1982 and the Academy of Fine Arts in 1986. He then contributed knowledge to students at the University of Arts as an external lecturer in the Scenography department and in private universities where it continues to be part (Albanian University , Departament of Arts ) he also is the author of several animated films and many artworks .
