GIANTS
Giants is an Experimental Art Film that uses the forms of nature to create organic and abstract images, where each viewer has a unique experience, creating a new dreamlike universe where the giants rest.
All images were made in the National Park of Serra das Capivaras located in the state of Piauí - Brazil in 2015.
Project completed and master/ mix in 2024.

Fred Fernandes is a filmmaker and producer from Brasília who works with cinema, advertising, and video art. He specializes in film editing and graduated from the Brasília School of Audiovisual OZI in 2010. He is an expert in trailer editing for feature films, documentaries, and shorts. With over 13 years in the market, he has participated in international festivals such as the Festival del Cine/Havana - CUBA 2020 and the New York Cinema Festival - USA 2021 with the feature film "The Cistern" as the editor, and was the finishing producer of the documentary "Utopia Distopia" by filmmaker Jorge Bodanzky, which won a special jury prize at the 53rd Brasília Film Festival. He is currently a co-producer at Plano Piloto Filmes and the creative director of Amora Selvagem Filmes. Actively involved in the cultural scene, he is also a curator and audiovisual producer for the Picnik Festival and Infinu creative community.
