Fulfillment
Fulfillment follows two characters, each struggling with loneliness and isolation in their own way, who work together at a fulfillment center. The film offers a look at the real need for love, friendship and meaningful connection in a world that is becoming increasingly isolated. In scary times like these, my hope is to offer audiences some joy and hope with a story that shows the undeniable value of true human connection.

Marisa Coughlan is an accredited film and television actor, who has starred in several comedy features as well as television series. She is most known as Ursula in Super Troopers, but has also appeared in Boston Legal, opposite James Spader, and sparred with Helen Mirren in Teaching Mrs. Tingle. She began writing ten years ago and has been busy since then, writing both comedy and drama, with a preference for converging the two. Coughlan's directorial debut is the short film FULFILLMENT, which she also wrote and stars in.
I have always been driven to tell stories, first as an actor, then as a writer, and now, finally, as a director. I wanted to explore the themes of isolation and loneliness, and then, ultimately, offer some hope. We are living in a strange and trying time and I hope that this film can offer some hope in the midst of it all.
