Director Biography - Gregory Pesochin, Rey Jaffet

Rey Jaffet Bio (Right):
Born and raised in Miami, Jaffet was exposed to the world of art at a young age, surrounded by diverse cultures inside a city of bold character. His works explore mediums from oils and spray paint, to stainless steel, light modules other mixed media to create dynamic visual experiences encompassing parallels of boundless
movement and elevated stillness.

Jaffet has earned international recognition for his personal art works, participation in Art Basel, and through collaborations with brands like The Miami Heat, Samsung, and Miami’s Ultra Music Festival. In early 2015, he completed the tallest mural in Miami, and later, raised the bar once again in 2018 with the 14-story mural “Declaration of Hope”.

Gregs Bio (Left):
Gregory Pesochin is a Soviet-born filmmaker, visual artist, and musician based in Palm Beach County, blending action sports, music, and motion picture into immersive storytelling. A licensed FPV drone pilot and skilled skate cinematographer, he uses everything from high-speed FPV drone cameras—sometimes even his own skates as a human camera dolly—to craft dynamic visuals.

His film I Dream of Skating premiered at the Subtropic Film Festival, reflecting his deep passion for South Florida’s action sports scene. With a background in tech and a past life as a touring musician, Greg brings a unique perspective to filmmaking, constantly pushing creative boundaries. By weaving together movement, music, and cutting-edge technology, he transforms raw moments into a cinematic experience.
