For all my life
The root is the organ that connects the plant to the soil and through which it absorbs the substances it needs for its development. Plants are the organic material producing link between the food chain and the environment. They are the first link in the chain, which supports all subsequent links.
Although modernity has removed the individual from his home, it has always been considered a reference of identity for people.

Paulo Macedo is a Brazilian Producer/Director with 12 years of experience. He produced, directed and photographed 3 television series (in a total of 62 episodes), 1 feature film and 13 short documentaries for TV. As a videographer, Paulo covered ten major world sports events, including the Para American Games in Toronto in 2015 and Rio de Janeiro Olympics, in 2016. His passion for cinematography has taken him on countless adventures in several countries, including four trips to Antarctica where he shot a 50 minutes documentary about the work of the Brazilian Air Force. And a 5 days bus trip from São Paulo to Lima, in Peru. More recently, he produced and photographed a feature documentary that was shortlisted for the 2020 Academy Awards. “My name is Daniel” was officially selected for ten international film festivals and won four awards.
This was my first film as a Director and it was very challenging. In the end, as a journalist and a documentary genre fan, it was the best experience ever to listen, learn and tell these people stories. There's no learning greater than this.
