Kenzie Claflin is a documentary filmmaker and recent graduate from the University of Denver. Claflin’s projects range from social justice to environmental issues, having most recently been on the production of a documentary for the Cocina Libre Collective. Kenzie received an Honorable Mention at the One Earth Young Filmmakers Contest for the short film Saving Colorado’s Solitary Bees in 2021.
This film has helped me reflect on my experience and has made me even more grateful for the people in my life that introduced me to fly fishing. Hearing how other women have connected with the sport has only deepened my appreciation.
