Director Biography - Frédéric Frankel

Author, editor and director, Frédéric Frankel has been working in the audiovisual and cinema sector for more than thirty years. He has worked on numerous productions in France for TF1, Arte, FranceTv, and other French TV channels in documentary and fiction. As an independent movie maker, he's made more than 30 short fiction films and has received numerous awards. Fred also is also a screenwriter frequently writing for French TV. He currently has a personal science fiction thriller series project. Frédéric lives in Montpellier, France.

Director Statement

I wanted to create an action fight sequence which would be a metaphor for a larger philosophical concept, representing a cyclical nature of emotional clashes and pointlessness of arguments when truth isn't the goal. Our tiny team loves the super short format, so simplicity was a challenge and an aim within itself.
